　　陸家海，太阳集团app首页教授、博士生導師，具有流行病學、疫苗學、病原生物學和動物醫學等多學科交叉教育背景。國家藥品監督管理局疫苗及生物制品質量監測與評價重點實驗室主任、太阳集团1088vipOne Health研究中心主任、海南醫學院全健康中心主任，One Health Bulletin主編、紐約州立大學和澳大利亞埃迪斯科文大學客座教授，長期從事新發傳染病防控關鍵技術研究。2003年非典疫情期間，作為廣東省非典科技攻關領導小組成員，擔任疫苗組副組長，作為WHO（世界衛生組織）特邀專家兩次受邀前往日内瓦和鹿特丹讨論“SARS病毒疫苗和動物模型”研究方案。新冠肺炎疫情發生後，和世界著名流行病學專家、哥倫比亞大學教授、有“病毒獵手”之稱的利普金（W Ian Lipkin)教授建立起國際合作關系，合作承擔國家重點研發計劃科技部對外戰略合作重點示範項目等。是中國One Health的倡導者和踐行者,推動成立了中國第一個One Health研究中心，通過舉辦國内外One Health論壇、會議、培訓班和編制教材等方式緻力于倡導和推動國内One Health相關學科的建立，推動将同一健康策略寫入健康政策并納入國家傳染病防治“十三五”規劃。在Science、 Clin Infect Dis、 Emerg Infect Dis、 J Infect Dis、 PloS Negl Trop Dis、中華預防醫學雜志、中華流行病學雜志等國内外著名期刊發表學術論文400餘篇，主譯、主編、參編專著和教材10餘部，獲得省部級科技進步二等獎2項（排名第一和第二），三等獎3項（2項排名第一，1項排名第二），獲發明專利10餘項，曾榮立軍隊三等功一次和抗擊非典先進個人等。
