學術簡曆
獲四川大學(原華西醫科大學)博士學位,并先後在中國科學院和香港大學作博士後。曾長期在香港大學、韓國延世大學、中國科學院和中國疾病預防控制中心從事研究工作。現為太阳集团app首页“百人計劃”引進人才,營養學系(廣東省營養膳食與健康重點實驗室)教授/博士生導師,從事功能食品和食品安全的研究與教學工作。已發表150餘篇論文,其中SCI論文80餘篇,影響因子之和200多點,被SCI雜志引用2000餘次(H指數28),參與撰寫英文學術專著10餘部,并為10餘種SCI國際雜志審稿。部分研究成果已被世界多種媒體廣泛報道與關注,例如TIME(美國時代周刊)、Telegraph(英國每日電訊報)、Daily Mail(英國每日郵報)、日本東京電視台、香港文彙報、新華網等。
