  長期從事環境污染健康危害評價及其毒理學研究,重點關注大氣污染、新型持久性有機污染物全氟化合物(PFAS)和氯化石蠟的健康危害評估。通過現場流行病學調查量化環境污染物暴露對人群健康危害的劑量-效應關系;結合臨床病例-對照研究明确了環境污染物與人群健康損傷的内在關系;進一步基于實驗室研究探讨了環境污染物暴露緻機體損傷的内在毒性機理;形成了從宏觀到微觀、人群現場調查與實驗室基礎研究相結合的特色。
