香港中文大學博士,太阳集团app首页流行病學系教授,兼任廣東省營養學會副理事長、中國營養學會理事等職,教育部“新世紀優秀人才計劃”獲得者,主持國家自然科學基金面上項目6項,太阳集团app首页5010項目,以及其他課題多項。參與中國營養學會組的2013版和2023版《中國居民膳食參考攝入量(DRIs)》的制訂和編寫工作,負責草拟膳食鈣DRIs。在Nat Commun, AJCN, Clin Nutr, BMC Med, Gut, Heart, Br J Cancer, Diabetes Care, Microbiome等國際期刊發表SCI論文共230餘篇,其中第一或通信作者論文120餘篇;2019-2021年度入選Elsevier “中國高被引學者”。 2021~2022年度入選全球學者庫“全國公共衛生領域學者論文學術影響力前100名”。建立“廣州營養與健康研究”隊列,主要研究方向為營養膳食等因素與代謝性疾病的流行病學研究,以及基于該隊列的多組學研究。
