【研究方向及興趣】
　　長期從事生物信息學及多組學聯合分析研究（宏基因組、代謝組、脂質組、蛋白質組等）。依托所在研究團隊所建立的華南地區前瞻性自然人群隊列，聚焦于“代謝綜合征的早期防治”核心科學問題，綜合性探索“營養代謝-腸道菌群-宿主代謝健康”之間的動态聯系，緻力于（1）篩選代謝綜合征的新型生物标志物；（2）發現關鍵緻病通路及分子機制；（3）構建代謝綜合征早期風險預測模型。
