研究方向 

将化學生物學方法與多組學技術相結合,開發方法以用于毒理學研究,包括:
(1) 開發了多種化學蛋白組學方法,以鑒定環境污染物的靶蛋白,從而了解其分子起始事件(MIE)及其有害結局路徑(AOP),并解析其毒作用機制(MOA)。
(2) 參與開發了新的表觀轉錄組學方法——tagSeq策略,來研究RNA的非典型加帽修飾,如dpCoA和 NAD+。以期了解環境污染物如何調節RNA的加帽修飾,進而誘導毒效應。
以第一作者身份在Nature Protocols、Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry、Analytica Chimica Acta等國際權威學術期刊發表多篇SCI論文。
