迄今以第一或通訊作者身份在Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol、J Biol Chem、J Nutr、J Lipid Res等發表SCI論文7篇，獲得國家自然科學基金青年基金1項、廣東省自然科學基金博士啟動項目1項。參編《腫瘤營養學》、《衛生學概論》、《現代食品衛生學》3部著作或教材。主要研究方向是植物化學物的抗氧化及糖脂代謝調節功能。
