淩文華教授,博導,國務院學位委員會第六屆學科評議組成員,“國家傑青”獲得者,國務院特殊津貼專家,全國優秀博士學位論文指導教師,全國優秀教師, 廣東省營養學會理事長。1993年在芬蘭University of Eastern Finland獲得博士學位,1993-1997年分别在加拿大McGill、British Columbia及美國Marshall大學作博士後或助理研究員,1997回國後直至2013年一直擔任太阳集团1088vip院長,迄今一直是營養與食品衛生學學科帶頭人。
主持“973”、國家科技部重大專項、國家傑出青年科學基金、國家自然科學基金重點項目(2項)、“十一五”國家科技支撐計劃等多項科研項目。在食物植物化學物(花色苷)防治AS方面取得了國際領先的研究成果,明确了花色苷抗AS作用;闡明其效應的核受體信号通路、NO-cGMP相關内皮依賴血管舒張功能,及對miR-10b表觀遺傳的調控機制;确定了腸道菌群介導花色苷轉化為原兒茶酸(PCA)在其吸收利用和發揮生物學作用的基礎地位;建立了我國“食物中花色苷含量”數據庫,并對制定我國居民花色苷DRIs提出合理建議。此外,建立了廣東地區大型AS隊列及社區人群隊列,發現了冠心病新的危險因素以及營養相關新的生物标志物,如糖調節受損(IGR)、S-腺苷同型半胱氨酸(SAH)、紅細胞膜長鍊單不飽和脂肪酸(LC-MUFA)、HDL等,并篩查出部分預測冠心病風險的新SNPs位點,彌補了我國在AS研究方面缺乏大型、可靠的人群隊列研究的不足,可為我國人群AS群體和個體營養幹預計劃的制定和實施提供重要依據。
已發表SCI論文156篇,其中28篇影響因子IF≥5.0,其中第一或通訊作者文章75篇,第一或通訊作者論文平均IF為4.3。主要研究成果發表在JCI、Circ Res、Hepatology、Diabetes Care、Am J Clin Nutr、Heart、Clin Chem、ATVB、Cardiovasc Res、J Lipid Res、J Biol Chem等國際權威學術刊物。
其主持的研究成果“AS病理機制以及花色苷防治研究”獲“廣東省科學技術獎一等獎”、“教育部自然科學一等獎”、“中華醫學科技獎二等獎”,其指導的博士生研究論文亦獲得“中國營養學會營養相關植物化學物優秀科技論文獎一等獎”等;獲批國家發明專利2項;主編、參編教材與著作20餘部;培養的博士研究生先後多人獲得全國優秀博士學位論文、廣東省優秀博士學位論文、研究生國家獎學金、國家建設高水平大學公派研究生獎學金等。
